For Professional Services Related to Facility Energy Conservation Services Program
The Huntingdon ASD seeks proposals from Energy Services Companies (ESCOs) to implement Facility Energy Conservation Services in accordance with Act 77 of 2004, Act 39 of 2010 and Act 163 of 2016, the Guaranteed Energy Savings Act (PA GESA). Huntingdon ASD wishes to select an ESCO to provide an investment grade audit and subsequent energy services agreement. The RFP/Q specification packet is available at 2400 Cassady Ave, Suite 2, Huntingdon, PA 16652. Responses must be received by October 24, 2022 at 12 pm local time, at the above address.
