All volunteers must have the following clearances on file at the school district prior to volunteering within the schools: Act 34 (Criminal History Record Check), Act 151 (Child Abuse Clearance) and either the Act 114 (FBI Fingerprint Check) or a Volunteer Affidavit. If you have not lived outside of Pennsylvania within the last 10 years you may complete the Volunteer Affidavit in place of the Act 114 Clearance; however, if you have lived outside of Pennsylvania within the last 10 years you will need to apply for the Act 114 Clearance.
