The Huntingdon Area School District is seeking proposals for a Polyurethane Reinforced Fluid Roof Coating at Southside Elementary School. See attached Request for Proposals. ***PLEASE NOTE – the following listed addendum items for the Southside Roof Restoration Scope of Work:
- The Solar Panel will provide the mats
- Lightning Protection will remain on the roof and must be reinstalled.
- Include a set amount of 1000 square feet of wet replacement in the base bid with an add for anything over 1000 square feet. (Effective October 26, 2023)
