REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS BASED ON QUALIFICATIONS – HUNTINGDON AREA SCHOOL DISTRICT
Sealed proposals based on qualifications are requested for an ACT 163-2016 Guaranteed Energy Savings Project. An electronic copy of the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Energy Performance Contracting Services may be obtained by contacting Mr. Fred Foster, Superintendent, Huntingdon Area School District, 2400 Cassady Ave., Suite 2, Huntingdon, PA 16652, (814) 643-4140. Sealed proposals are to be submitted to the Administration Office located at 2400 Cassady Ave., Suite 2, Huntingdon, PA 16652. The proposal is to be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Energy Performance Contracting Services” by 1:00 PM, February 13, 2019. Proposals are to remain valid for 120 days and will be awarded at the convenience of the School Board. The Huntingdon Area School District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and/or to negotiate separately with any and all competing companies.
