Performance Standard #1: District Operations and Financial Management
The Superintendent worked with the District Business Manager and Business Administrator to develop and present a budget that provided resources needed to maintain a quality educational program while ensuring fiscal responsibility.
Performance Standard #2: Organizational Leadership
The Superintendent worked with the Board and all stakeholders to develop a vision for the district.
Performance Standard #3: Communication and Community Relations
The Superintendent communicated with and engaged the Board of School Directors, staff and members of the community.
Performance Standard #4: Student Growth and Achievement
The Superintendent, working in conjunction with building and district administrators and teacher leaders, used multiple data sources to assess student success and growth for the district and developed a plan to address areas of weakness.
